Your domain and business email
Put your site on your own domain name (like maalemdar.ma), then send and receive business email in BiziFlow. Mail only works with that domain: without it, there is no email address.
- First you need a domain name, bought from a registrar (a « .ma » for example). In « Paramètres de l’organisation », « Sites Web » tab, tap « Modifier » on your site.
- Type your domain in « Nom de domaine personnalisé », without « www » or « https », then « Sauvegarder ».
- « État du domaine » gives the IP address to set. At your domain registrar, create an A record pointing to it (and one for « www »). It can take up to 24 hours; when everything is green, your site opens on your domain.
- Mail needs this domain. Once your site is live on your domain, contact us: BiziFlow sets up your mail and your addresses (contact{'@'}…).
- In the « Messagerie » tab, copy each DNS record to your domain registrar, then tap « Vérifier maintenant ». Once they are seen, sending and receiving are ready.
- Open « Messagerie »: your customers’ emails arrive in « Réception ».
- Tap a message to read it, then « Répondre ».
- Your reply goes out from your business address (contact{'@'}yourdomain). Write, then « Envoyer ».
