Receive and handle requests

Requests sent from your website arrive in BiziFlow: call back quickly, and make the quote in one tap.

1. On your website, the customer fills in the form — name, phone, need and a message — and taps « Envoyer la demande ».
2. In « Paramètres de l’organisation », open « Prospects & Leads ».
3. Tap « WhatsApp » to message the customer right away.
4. Tap « Marquer contacté ».
5. Tap « Faire un devis »: a quote opens with the customer's name, phone and request.
6. Add your services and prices, then save. The quote stays linked to the request.
