The till, even offline

Pair the till, open the drawer, take payments — even with no internet — and close the day by counting the drawer.

1. Open BiziFlow Caisse on the counter tablet or computer (the app is downloaded from biziflow.com, or open biziflow.com/pos). Tap « Jumeler avec un code (recommandé) ».
2. In your dashboard, open « Écrans » and add a screen of type « Caisse »: a code shows once. Type it here, then tap « Jumeler cette caisse ».
3. Tap « Tiroir », then « Ouvrir la caisse »: enter who runs the till and the float (the change already in the drawer), then « Ouvrir ».
4. In « Caisse », tap the products to add them to the ticket. « Prix libre » is for an amount or a weight.
5. The ticket shows the lines and the total. Change quantities with + and −, then tap « Encaisser ».
6. Choose Espèces, Carte or Compte client. For cash, type the amount received: the change to give back shows. Tap « Valider ».
7. No internet? Keep selling: the sale stays on the till with a temporary number, and the badge at the top shows « 1 en attente ».
8. When the connection is back, everything goes up by itself: the badge returns to « À jour ». Nothing to redo, nothing lost or counted twice.
9. In the evening, tap « Tiroir » then « Clôturer la caisse »: count the drawer, tap « Voir l’écart ». The till shows the float, the expected cash, the counted cash and the difference. Tap « Clôturer ».
10. The day is closed: it appears in « Clôtures précédentes », with its difference. The till is ready for tomorrow.
