Notifications on your phone

Every new request rings your phone or computer, with no app to install.

1. Tap the bell at the top, then « Recevoir les alertes sur cet appareil » (or, in « Prospects & Leads », « Activer les alertes »): the alerts screen opens.
2. Tap « Activer les notifications », then « Allow » when the phone asks. Do it on every phone or computer that should ring.
3. « Notifications activées sur cet appareil »: tap « Envoyer un test ».
4. A BiziFlow notification arrives within seconds. From then on, every new request, order or reminder rings here, even with BiziFlow closed.
5. If the phone says « blocked »: tap ⋮ at the top right, then Settings, Site settings, Notifications, and allow BiziFlow. Come back here and tap « Activer les notifications ».
6. On iPhone (iOS 16.4 or later): in Safari, tap Share then « Add to Home Screen ». Open BiziFlow from that icon, come back here and tap « Activer les notifications ».
