A compliant invoice and credit notes
The client’s ICE, the VAT exemption reason, and a credit note to correct an issued invoice.
- In the invoice, « Identifiants légaux »: when the client is a company (RC or IF filled in), BiziFlow asks for its ICE before issuing.
- Enter the client’s ICE: 15 digits. The warning goes away.
- A line without VAT? Set its « TVA % » to 0 %.
- « Motif d’exonération de TVA » appears: write the reason, for example « Exonéré de TVA (article 91 du CGI) ». It prints on the invoice.
- Tap « Émettre » and confirm. If the ICE or the reason is missing, BiziFlow tells you instead of issuing.
- An issued invoice can no longer be changed. To correct or cancel it, tap « Émettre un avoir ».
- By default the credit note takes the whole balance due: the invoice will be cancelled. Write the « Motif » and tap « Émettre l’avoir ».
- In « Factures », the credit note has its own number (AV-…) and the invoice becomes « Annulée ».
