Send a quote on WhatsApp

Send the quote to your customer on WhatsApp with a link: they read it on their phone and accept it with one tap. You hear about it straight away.

1. In « Devis », open the quote to send. The customer’s phone number must be on it.
2. Tap « Aperçu ».
3. Tap “Send on WhatsApp” and send the message in WhatsApp. Return to BiziFlow and tap “I have sent the quote”: its status becomes Sent and the customer can accept it.
4. The customer opens the link on their phone, reads the quote and taps « Accepter le devis ».
5. They see « Devis accepté. Merci ! » straight away.
6. On your side the quote becomes « Accepté » and the bell tells you, as do Telegram or WhatsApp if they are linked to your shop.
