Manage delivery orders

Follow a delivery from the customer’s cart to final receipt, including fees, contact details and tracking.

1. Open Appearance from Menu & products. Set and save the selected branch’s delivery fee; it appears in the order total.
2. The customer adds the product, opens View cart and chooses Delivery. Review quantities, product prices and the delivery fee.
3. Enter the customer name, phone and full delivery address. Confirmation opens the order’s tracking link.
4. In Orders, review the new order, quantities, address, phone, delivery fee and total before preparing it.
5. Confirm on WhatsApp opens a draft with the order summary and tracking link, and advances the order status. Complete sending yourself in WhatsApp.
6. Mark the order out for delivery when it leaves, and delivered only after actual receipt. The same customer tracking link shows the updates.
